Licensing & Usage Policy

This Licensing & Usage Policy applies to commonsense20.com, Common Sense 2.0 (CS2.0), CS2.0AI, GRES (Guided Reflective Exploration System), Learning Lab systems, and related platform materials operated by Involved Voter LLC.
Ownership
All platform content, framework structures, branding, educational materials, AI-assisted exploration systems, Learning Lab content, graphics, prompts, visual identity, and related materials are owned by Involved Voter LLC unless otherwise stated.
Permitted Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

read,

and interact with platform materials for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
Without prior written permission from Involved Voter LLC, users may not:

reproduce platform materials commercially,

redistribute protected content,

create commercial derivative works,

republish substantial portions of framework systems,

copy Learning Lab structures,

commercially train competing systems using platform content,

or use platform branding in a misleading manner.
Educational Sharing
Limited quotations or references for educational discussion, commentary, academic consideration, or non-commercial review may be permitted when reasonably attributed.
Such limited use does not transfer ownership rights.
AI & Framework Concepts
CS2.0AI, GRES, Learning Lab systems, reflective exploration structures, onboarding methodologies, prompts, and framework sequencing are intended as proprietary educational and exploration systems associated with Involved Voter LLC.
Future licensing arrangements, educational partnerships, or authorized use opportunities may be developed separately.
Subscription Access
Subscription or membership access grants limited use rights only.
Subscriptions do not transfer ownership, licensing rights, or commercial reproduction rights to users.
Future Expansion
As CS2.0AI, GRES, Learning Lab systems, subscriptions, AI-assisted interaction, and community features evolve, this Licensing & Usage Policy may also evolve over time.
Involved Voter LLC reserves the right to protect platform materials, enforce intellectual property rights, limit unauthorized usage, and pursue appropriate remedies where reasonably necessary.
